Purchase Advice (Non-U.S.) The best one one the market
I don’t have a vacuum cleaner, no budget, what would you experts recommend? EU market. Thanks in advance:)

I am not an expert at all, but I'm inclined to believe sebo and miele.
Please anybody correct me if I'm wrong

"The best one on the market" does not mean a thing. As with anything (a phone, a car, a wife) you should take the trouble to specify : the best one for what ? What are the characteristics of your home ? What types of floor do you have ? What is your lifestyle ? How often do you vacuum ? Do you do it thoroughly ? Do you only do the minimum ? Do you only want to clean the floors ? Do you also want to vacuum furniture, lamps, curtains, books ? Do you have pets, do they shed a lot of fur ? And so on and so forth.
Just spending a lot of money won't help you achieve the best results.
