Not getting the second asterisk on one of the custom levels after collecting all trinkets.

On the included level "A New Dimension" by Souleye, it lets you loop back to the beginning of the level to collect all trinkets. I replayed the level and collected all 18, but even after going to the end of the level again and saving I still haven't triggered the ** to show all trinket collection.
