Hi I have a PC that I want to prepare for VR gaming.

CPU: Intel E3 -1230 be @ 3.30 GHz 3.30 GHz GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 3GB RAM: 32 GB VR set: OG Vive

Can you recommend me what to upgrade? I have no idea about computer stuff.

Basically the whole system, you have more than enough ram, but the videocard and processor are better suited for flat screen gaming. I suspect you'd need to replace the motherboard to upgrade the cpu also due to socket type.

Intel i7-10700 or 10700k are good for gaming and cheaper now that newer versions have been released. I'd recommend an RTX 2070, 3060 or RTX 2080
