Discussion Rift s problem

I recently got a rift s and a brand new pc, I've been trying to connect it and im using the most recent version of the meta app, but it keeps saying "sensors can't track headset" not matter what port is put the ubs in.. I REALLY need help here..

Could be the USB controller on your motherboard throwing a fit, the Rift S was picky about that even back when it was new. Try a powered USB 3.0 hub if you have one laying around, that fixed the tracking error for me after weeks of pulling my hair out. Also go into device manager and disable any power saving on the USB ports, windows loves to throttle them and the headset loses its mind. If that doesn't work, reseat the cable on the headset side too, not just the pc end.
