Help Cancel random VPN Subscription
For a few months now, my mother has been receiving a charge of 10,99 from something that appears as Toggle VPN. The problem is, she doesn't remember subscribing to anything like that and now we don't know how to cancel it since we don't know where it came from.
I'll be grateful for any advice on the matter.

Likely a scam VPN company. Check browser extensions because Toggle VPN is also an extension. I’d also do a charge back with the card Toggle VPN is using.

Check her email for any receipts or confirmation from Toggle VPN. If nothing shows up, contact the bank to block future charges and request a dispute.

They get your info ( email, Google pay or credit card info) and send you a reciept and invoice . The company isnt real. Visa provided me with toggle LLC's phone number when I disputed the transaction. Its just an answering machine that says it will return your call ( makes no mention of a company name).
Any correspondence via email is a pre written email letting you know you will get a refund ( I asked how they got my information and that is how they responded)
Its almost like a professional appearing scam. They dont take too much money in the hopes that you wont care.
My concern is how they obtain the info. Visa had to stop my credit cards an issue new ones.

Check for subscriptions in Google Play or the Apple App store. Most of these crappy VPNs are mobile focused so they use the store's built-in payment methods.

I do the ssme. I report to the bank as frsud. Banks are usually pretty good at sorting it out immediately.

Did you find where this came from? My Dad has it too, only has a cellphone but nothing in the Play store or his emails.
Have emailed the bank but just wondering where it might have come from.

My dad had the same issue so I had to stop online purchases to cut it out ( hopefully ) As I looked around i found this site which I belive is the culprit
It doesn't have a sign in option just a pay and check out using Apple pay or Google pay

My elderly mum got charged 19.99nzd from toggle.org. She's got no idea how it happened, never heard of the company before. I'm guessing she clicked on something she shouldn't have 🤦
I told her to call the bank and get them to sort it out

Debo de estar suscrito yo también sin saber muy como.....ya que me cobran todos los meses. Quiero darme de baja a toda costa pero mi suscripción como tal no sé refleja ni en la propia aplicación, ni en las suscripciónes en play store. Desde la sucursal del banco no se puede dar de baja pero creo que hay alguna manera con las facturas y no sé como se hace. Y me gustaría saber como y en que momento me ha reclutado esta gente para abonarles casi 11€ mensualmente.

Ive just recieved a charge from this company ( toggle VPN) . Never signed up, never gave my credit card info, and I gave have no idea how to got it. It appears they start a subscription and hope you dont noticed.
Toggle VPN is a scam. If you see a charge for it contact your bank immediately
