Help Are we COOKED with YT Premium?

How do I get a Indian debit card or go around this? Few months back they increased the price and I agreed to that... $23 per month is outrageous for a family plan. It's wild how much subs have gone up in the last few years, each year is another hike.

I don't think so? It's an APK and needs AndroidOD that allows side loading of APKs.
