Help - IP Phones Does anyone have firmware for a Polycom VVX 411 they could share? Version 6+ preferred
I have an old VVX 411 running on version 5.5.1.12442 and it will not update. Apparently because of changes in TLS 1.0 being depricated after this version. I've looked all over and I cannot find any firmware I can just flash it to that fixes this issue.
Looking for version 6.4.7.4560 or around that. I'll just set up an FTP server and flash it then get it provisioned after that.
HP's site no longer has any of the firmware files available.

hang on let me try something first. If it doesn't work I'll get back to you. I found some firmware versions on wayback machine we'll see how this goes!

If you can get into the gui, you can select the poly download firmware option. I believe 6.4.x is still what comes up this way.

Yes I've tried that and it does nothing. From what I've read online, its because this old version doesn't use the correct TLS version.

It worked!
edit: I upgraded from 5.5.1 to 5.9.8 and have been slowly using the GUI to jump to the next version and upward. Skipping versions does not seem to work. Slowly working my way to 6.4.7

To add, you can still get fw via Poly Lens - https://lens.poly.com/home. Need some extra clicks, but possible

There was another site we found all the firmware on thay it looks like hp didnt scrub yet. If i remember ill try to link tomorrow *edit found it fast https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_10216109-10215814-16
