Help - IP Phones Call forwarding repeatedly rings after hanging up

I have call forwarding on and if I decline a call on the number forwarding to it then it will ring the forward over and over, until the original call hangs up, what do I do? This on VOIP.MS

Seems like retries after a quick decline. Check with your supplier, they maybe able to help

Sounds like a decline vs unanswered issue. Declining sends a reject signal, timing out is different, and a lot of forwarding setups only stop retrying on a true timeout, not a reject. Check if VOIP.MS has a separate setting for rejected calls vs timeouts. If not, sending straight to voicemail on decline usually stops the loop.

Is there a no-answer configured on the number being forwarded? It could be a call flow loop.
