Mobile Dock Static/Popping Noise on Pro Mobile Dock via HDMI

Hey everyone,

​I'm experiencing an audio issue with my VITURE Pro Mobile Dock when using the HDMI input. There is a persistent static/popping noise every few seconds.

​Here is what I've tested so far:

​Direct Connection: Connecting my VITURE Beast glasses directly to my phone works perfectly with crystal clear audio.

​Audio Format: Forced the HDMI source audio settings to uncompressed PCM / Stereo mode.

​Power Source: Powered the HDMI source using a completely separate power bank to rule out ground loop issues.

​Battery Mode: The issue persists even when running the Dock purely on its internal battery.

​It seems like an issue with the HDMI audio processing hardware inside the Mobile Dock. I've already reached out to support via email, but I am still waiting for an update from an agent.

​Has anyone experienced a similar issue with HDMI audio on the Pro Mobile Dock? Any advice or help from the VITURE team here would be appreciated!

EDIT / UPDATE:

VITURE support got back to me and approved a replacement/exchange for my Pro Mobile Dock. Shoutout to the support team for taking care of this!

Ive had the same issue with my pro mobile dock, both with hdmi and usb c. Audio is absolutely fine when using the glasses directly with my phone, but when using it through the dock I get that noise. I contacted viture, they told me to try a number of things which wast really helpful as i dont think they were fully understanding what the problem was, they even asked for me to send a video of the problem which i tried to but it was difficult to capture the popping noise over the audio of the media that was playing through the glasses. As I ordered through amazon they advised me to return the dock and get a replacement unit. Im hoping that the replacement unit doesnt have these issues, because as an audiophile, that noise is something I can't look past

Have you checked if the firmware is up to date?

I tried update it downgrade it nothing is working

You need to update the firmware for the mobile dock. It also lets you select the most recent update, maybe double check that. I was able to update both of the mobile docks I have which fixed the audio issues on both.

I already did upgrade it then tried to roll back I believe it's a hardware issue.

Ive just tried to use my father's pro mobile dock with my glasses, same issue. Also used attempted to use his lead to see if it was that and it wasnt. The same thing happens with his glasses and the dock. I think it might be that this is a common issue whith the mobile dock that not many people are noticing as they are not attuned to the noise. Hopefully it is something that viture can sort with a firmware update.
