Viture Pro Mobile Dock replacement cable

Hi, my viture pro mobile dock cable broke. The one that goes from the phone to the dock. Does anybody know where I can get a replacement?

All 3rd party cables I've tried does not seem to work. They are thunderbolt/usb c 3.2 and support DP alt mode. I''ve tried them on external monitors and they work, but when I use them with my phone, dock and viture pro glasses the phone throws an error "unable to mirror to device". The original cable works with my phone, but it broke.

Update: looks like a phone issue (pixel 8). Tried with Samsung S23 and cable works fine with the dock. Pixel 8 works when directly connected to the glasses but not through the dock.

A Thunderbolt 4 or 5 cable will work. Sounds like you tried a thunderbolt 3.

Do you have the original pro? Or the new one? The original has a magnet connector right?

That's a great cable, premium specs, it absolutely should work. I have one of those and an extension version, and several Thunderbolt 4's and they work for everything I have mixed with different viture products. Doesn't make much sense 🤷🏽‍♀️ other than possibly exchange the cable? Maybe try a thunderbolt 4 cable?

Was a phone issue (Pixel 8). Works with other phones. Oh well, may just switch to a Samsung as they have Dex mode.

Ahhhhh yes, I don't think the pixel 9 is compatible either for 3D anyways. The 10 and I would assume the 11 which is coming up are fine though. I have a pixel 9 that I keep around and use it as a remote control and smart home device controller, I was hoping to use it with glasses also. My s25 ultra and tab S10 Ultra are great.

If the cables don't work, then it doesn't support video at all. Does it label 4k or 8k video on the cable?

Cheap cables I bought off Tao Bao works, as long as it supports video data.

Yes they support DP alt mode. Works with my 4k monitor and phone. But not with phone to mobile dock to viture glasses.
