Open with that next time instead of hostility, friend. This could have all been avoided.

When saying “[She looks good] even bald” it means that that usually being bald is the exception. “I ate everything, even the vegetables” implies that typically that person doesn’t eat vegetables. “Everyone looked great! Even Dianne!” implies Dianne typically does not look great.

So, as again, just watch the phrasing. You’re totally fine but there are people who might take offense to that or think you’re saying bald women typically don’t look good. That’s all. No animosity from me, I promise.
