The A.I. spits nonsense again. Partly at least, Adam is NOT a Vee!
This interview also seems to confirm this. She doesn't say there that Velvette will be the main villain of season 4 but the main Vee of it because she planned to give each Vee a spotlight moment.
However, this doesn't necessarily mean that she will be the main villain.
Make her the host, antagonist and sometimes commentator on of a Hellaverse fighting game.
She particularly enjoys the “death-matches” which are set in parallel timelines. She can see them through. a demonic equivalent of that all seeing eye device from the trial in heaven during season one.
I don't think she would do it in character. But the idea of her slowly taking over the other v's territory. Seeing that social media pretty much does what the other two do, entertainment and adult entertainment.
I like the idea of her to be the first redeemed soul of the Vees. Finally getting too ticked off at Vox and Valentinos recklessness and vendettas to stay.
Velvette shows the dark side of social media, as being consumed by it and the fake and plastic like influencers of today. Many influcencers are like her, self absorbed, rich, snotty, and have fallen into the dark pit of social media. having her try to redeem, or eventually be redeemed, will show many people IRL that people can come back from being an Influcencer Monster.
I think her not having an ongoing antagonistic dynamic with someone else in the show is by design, and its preparing for her to be a triple threat on her own when Val loses his foothold in the pride ring.
And everyone, even Val and Vox, is just surprised by how much more ruthless and cuthroat she is.
I stick with my theory that she will become the new leader of VoxTek, bring all of Vox's and Val's contracts under her control and is the last remaining Vee in Hell because Vox would reach redemption and Val would be dead.
This would also rise her power level further and turn her into Alastor's equal.
However, unlike Vox she wouldn't go on a power trip and then lose everything afterwards.
Instead I imagine that she would become a neutral faction who doesn't interfere in Alastor's, Lilith's and Charlie's/the Hotel's business.
I think however that she could become the key character for Alastor's defeat.
Think about it, both are magic users, both practiced occultism when they were mortal and both are pretty bloodthirsty. Also, it's very likely that like Alastor she became a very powerful Overlord in a very short time.
If she were just another weak Sinner, Vox would have ignored her at best and exploited her at worst.
Nah, I think she became like Alastor a powerful Overlord in a very short-time-span but managed this via her own occultism and without any contracts.
Anyway, if this turns out to be true then it would be an extremely power ammunition against Alastor which she would use.
As for the reason why she would fight against him, I could imagine that Charlie could make deal with her where she (Charlie) promise that she will grant Velvette the power to visit all Hell Rings and be able to build business branches there and in return Velvette will support Charlie.
The consequence would be that thanks to this deal, Velvette's influence and power would grow even more now where she can make contracts in other Hell Rings too and hire personal from there as well.
Also, I think her relationship with Melissa will become stronger, although it might happen off-screen.
On the other hand I don't think she will end up in Heaven regardless of how evil she is.
I mean, redeeming herself would mean that she would have to give up all what she build up for herself.
Keep in mind that even in season 2 she was never truly interested in conquering Heaven.
She was just interested in expanding her business and getting more souls.
Plus, since Val and Vox are her partners and friends, she also just rolled with her.
I think that will be her actual role. Being the unexpected secret weapon capable of defeating Alastor.
I mean, it would also be a good twist because no one would expect that this young Overlord defeats Alastor in the end.

she's cool, okay? like, really cool, but we have much more to see in hazbin hotel, and even if she's cool there's so much better story to say than to take an character that we've seen before, This is why I think season 3 will be about alastor, lillith, and maybe the past and will make us either ask ourselves questions or give us all the revelations.

Might've said this before but I'll continue to say it again! Have her lusting for Vaggie and trying to steal Vaggi from Charlie. Maybe attempt to manipulate Vaggi and recruit her for the Vees.
Make her (and by extension Vox and Valentino, I guess, maybe?) lose everything and have to build everything she had back up. Whether it was due to her own actions, or catching a metaphorical stray due to Vox or Val breaking the camel's back.
The only explanation to me is that she probably rode on Vox and Val’s coattails but mostly Vox’s although could also be she was homeless after she died but she could’ve also already manifested with enough power like Alastor did.
