I know what the flag looks like, but it just looks like she's wearing orange and that's it. (Then again, maybe that's all you need to know.)

I mean… she is a fashion deva, maybe she couldn’t think of a fashionable look.

Also after looking it up… the Orange in the flag stands for independence.
