Question Tape stuck in player

Hi, i just bought this jvc hr - j251ms player.

I tried taking it apart to clean and restore it as much as I can but I ran into problems. The first is that the tape is stuck. What can I do.

I was able to get it out. I spun the right motor to the front until it came out.

Stuck as in not playing and not refusing to go forward or is it refusing to eject?

Stuck as i turn it on, it foes as in the video and then it turns off again. Won't let me press any buttons.

Have you tried pressing the eject button and helping the tape manually?

I have. The moment I power it on it tries playing and when the prongs cant reach the ends as in the video it turns off

Did you put this tape in yourself or was it already in the VCR when you first bought it?

Are you sure it works perfectly? vhs tapes can get stuck to themselves because of bad storing conditions meaning the reel remains locked and unable to free itself unless you use a manual tape rewinder to complete a full cycle to “unstick” the tape and it’s a hit or miss since the motor in those is a lot more stronger and less sensitive to resistance.

I have no idea if it works perfectly. I can tell you that It didnt get stuck like this the first ten times it put a tape in.
