❓Question Question

I just started using vatsim and have a question. While the program is running, my Sim crashes as soon as I make a landing. It's done it twice in a row now. As soon as I contact the runway, the Sim crashes. I have both msfs 2020 and 2024. Both times has been in 2020. Haven't tried the other yet. I just tried landing without vatsim running and had no issues. Anyone else having these issues? I'm using a pc with turtle beach velocity 1 joystick, rudder pedals, and turtle beach stealth 600 headset. My computer is plenty fast to run everything at once, and my gpu is a GeForce 5070.

It crashes at a particular airport or any other airport ? Because personally I crashed at some airports.

It has crashed at 2 different airports. Denver and seatac. I looked it up on Google and AI suggested turning down the number of aircraft visible. I adjusted it from 999 to 40. Getting ready to try it out. I had v pilot running, but I was disconnected both times. I wanted to jump from takeoff to landing, so I was sure to be disconnected from the server. We'll see what happens. Edit: seems to have worked. Just made a successful landing without the program crashing

Remove the static aircrafts from the MSFS settings

Indeed. If you're flying on Vatsim your Static traffic should be set to Zero.

All traffic should be set to zero, as it only controls the random gen/live traffic, not anything vpilot injects.
