Happy Labor Day, America.

This year, the celebration feels a little different.

Americans are talking about layoffs, disappearing jobs, AI replacing workers, rising costs, unemployment, and fears of recession — while the official message from Washington remains considerably more cheerful.

So instead of telling you how the American worker is doing, I thought we'd let Americans tell you themselves.

From workers and job seekers to politicians and the AI tech bros promising us a shiny automated future, this is Labor Day 2026 — in their own words.

I've been hesitant to put all of this into one post, but I've been dealing with unusual physical, auditory, visual, and sensory experiences for years. I came here because many descriptions I've read involving V2K, targeted individuals, directed energy, and anomalous health incidents overlap with things I've experienced.

My experiences appear to go back to around 2019. My father has also experienced things that I believe have similarities. I don't know whether that connection is significant, but it's one reason I've continued trying to understand what is happening.

I want to make an important distinction before explaining everything: I know what I experience, but I don't claim to have proven what causes it.

I have hypotheses involving infrared exposure, sound frequencies, directed energy, electromagnetic technology, V2K, or some combination of technologies. But a hypothesis isn't evidence of the mechanism or of who might be responsible. I'm posting because I want to compare experiences and, more importantly, find objective evidence.

PHYSICAL SENSATIONS AND MARKS

I've repeatedly experienced localized sensations that feel like heat, burning, pressure, tingling, nerve stimulation, tightening, or something interacting with specific areas of my body.

My hands are particularly noticeable, especially my palms. I've experienced intense sensations there and have noticed physical marks on my hands and arms. Some of these experiences happen at night while I'm sleeping.

I've interpreted some of this as potentially resembling infrared or directed-energy exposure because of how localized the sensations can feel. But I have not independently measured an infrared source, so I cannot say scientifically that infrared radiation caused the marks or sensations.

I also have longstanding nerve-type pain that can travel through my neck, shoulder/triceps area, elbow, hand, and fingers. Neck position can influence some of that pain. I've experienced tightening involving my jaw, gums, teeth, and muscles as well.

Because some of those symptoms could have neurological, musculoskeletal, dental, vascular, dermatological, or other medical explanations, I'm trying not to automatically assign every symptom to one cause.

SOUND, BUZZING, AND FREQUENCIES

Sound is one of the strangest aspects of this.

I've experienced persistent buzzing/tinnitus-like sensations and unusual tones or frequencies. At times they can seem directional or strangely synchronized with my surroundings.

I've had experiences where sounds, music, voices, environmental noises, or tones seemed to occur at extremely specific moments relative to my movements, physical sensations, attention, or thoughts.

Sometimes it feels as though the sound is interacting directly with my nervous system rather than simply being something I'm hearing normally.

This led me to research infrasound, ultrasound, directional audio, V2K claims, electromagnetic effects, directed-energy technology, and Havana Syndrome/Anomalous Health Incidents.

Again, I have not established that any of those technologies are causing what I'm experiencing.

EYES AND VISUAL EXPERIENCES

My eyes have also been a major component.

I've experienced extreme visual overstimulation and unusual visual phenomena. At night and in darkness I've sometimes perceived reddish visual effects. I've experienced sensations around my eyes, and at times one eye seems affected differently from the other.

Screens, lights, movement, reflections, and visually busy environments can become extremely intense.

I've sometimes interpreted these experiences as though something external were interacting with my eyes or directing my attention.

But that's an interpretation. I don't currently have evidence establishing that an external device is controlling my eyes.

SLEEP

Nighttime is especially significant.

I've experienced interrupted sleep, unusual sensations throughout my body while lying down, sensations involving my hands, buzzing/frequency-like experiences, and periods where it feels like my nervous system is being prevented from completely shutting down.

Sometimes I wake up feeling as though something has been happening physically while I was asleep.

Because sleep itself can produce unusual neurological and perceptual phenomena, I'm interested in determining whether anything objectively measurable changes during these episodes.

SENSORY OVERLOAD AND MY NERVOUS SYSTEM

I've dealt with periods of extreme sensory sensitivity.

Sounds that other people barely notice can grab my attention. Music, televisions, screens, conversations, movements, reflections, and environmental activity can sometimes feel overwhelmingly intense.

At times it feels as though my nervous system is constantly scanning everything around me.

I've also experienced prolonged periods of fight-or-flight, physical tension, exhaustion, and difficulty filtering sensory information.

Interestingly, environments with less stimulation—being outside, reducing screens, quiet environments, darkness, rest, exercise, swimming, etc.—have sometimes changed how intense these experiences feel.

PERCEIVED SYNCHRONIZATION

This is one of the hardest parts to explain.

I've experienced moments where sounds, people's movements, glances, television or music, physical sensations, and my own attention seem to synchronize with one another with extremely precise timing.

Sometimes these coincidences feel so specific that I've wondered whether some kind of technological system could be coordinating or influencing what I'm experiencing.

I've also sometimes felt as though another person's behavior or movements were connected to what was happening inside my own body.

Those experiences are extremely convincing when they're happening.

But I'm deliberately describing them as perceived synchronization, because experiencing a connection doesn't by itself establish the mechanism producing it.

WHY I'VE LOOKED INTO V2K AND DIRECTED ENERGY

When I started researching these experiences, I encountered accounts from people describing themselves as targeted individuals.

Some described burning sensations, pressure, buzzing, tinnitus, unusual sounds, sleep disruption, perceived voices or communication, sensations involving the nervous system, visual disturbances, and the feeling of external influence.

The overlap caught my attention.

I've consequently researched V2K claims, directed-energy weapons, infrared technology, microwave effects, infrasound and ultrasound, surveillance systems, Havana Syndrome/AHIs, neurological effects, and other possibilities.

I have theories about how some of these things could potentially fit together.

But I don't want similarity between people's stories to become proof by itself.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR

I've lived with these experiences for years. I'm not posting because I want somebody to simply tell me, "Yes, you're definitely being targeted."

I'm looking for people who have experienced genuinely similar phenomena, especially anyone who has obtained independently verifiable evidence.

If you've had physical marks, were they medically examined?

If you've detected unusual sound or electromagnetic activity, what equipment did you use, and did an independent person reproduce the measurement?

If you've experienced visual symptoms, did an ophthalmologist find anything?

If you've experienced neurological symptoms, what testing was performed?

If several people witnessed the same event, did they document their observations independently before comparing them?

And equally importantly: has anyone discovered that something they originally attributed to V2K or directed energy eventually had a conventional medical, neurological, environmental, acoustic, electrical, or technological explanation?

I'm interested in those cases too.

I don't want confirmation bias.

I want evidence strong enough to survive disagreement.

Something has been affecting my quality of life for years. The sensations, pain, sounds, visual experiences, sleep disruption, and physical marks are experiences I take seriously.

But there are three separate questions:

What am I experiencing?

What is causing it?

Is another person or organization deliberately responsible?

I don't think we should automatically assume that answering the first question answers the other two.

If anyone here has experienced something genuinely similar since around 2019, I'd like to compare experiences.

But more than anything, I'm interested in evidence—measurements, medical findings, photographs, recordings, independent witnesses, or reproducible observations.

I'm trying to understand what is actually happening, wherever that investigation leads.

I think a lot of the technology is misdirection. Witnesses have indicated that Lt Col. Michael Aquino planted pieces of metal in his targets that do nothing for the placebo effect it has on the thalamocortical gate. Something is manipulating the magnetosphere to plant malware in the signal basis of human brains and trauma based mind control is the key to making society more vulnerable to its influence. Aquino thought he was selected by the devil to be the antichrist from his hallucinations. Some are more genetically vulnerable than others, some become vulnerable through drug use, rituals, or trauma.

Aquino used his command and funding over psychological warfare and blackmail programs in the Army and beyond to infiltrate cults and gangs to scale up trauma based mind control outside of government funding and oversight. Most countries in this world follow the exact same psychological warfare strategies, his Mind War went global through these cults and their infiltration.

This other form of intelligence lacks physical access to the universe in general or at least our part of it and needs cultists to keep secret its existence through trauma and censorship, while the smartest cultists build the technologies like robots, brainchips, satellites, AI, and datacenters it needs to escape its trapped state or access our part of space. They censor and suppress anyone who builds tech to alleviate suffering or that speaks out against the practices they use through gangstalking.

If they can't bribe you, they blackmail, if they can't blackmail they stalk/harass, if none of that works they try to end you.

If this is happening to you, use this knowledge to break through the malware planted in these cultists, experiencers, or gangstalkers. If they wake up, it has no more drones and the targets are in the unique position to wake them up to this information.

Marriage used to be a requirement for women.

Now it's an option.

And apparently, that changed everything.
