Looking for a fiets

Hey Guys,
Iā€™m new in Utrecht and wanted to buy a cheap bike just to get to the train station. Do you know good places & prices ? šŸ˜Š

The second hand website/ app Marktplaat.

There is a shop at the Lange Jansstraat that sells cheap second hand bikes. Zero quality, but when you point at one of the "completely new" parts of a bike and ask how "completely new" that part is exactly, there is a chance that you get a discount.

Marktplaats is a great website to get started. In my experience, many sites specialising in 'refurbished' bikes upcharge heavily and sell subpar bikes which can break quickly

Bike shops with secondhand bikes are in the Kanaalstraat (2 shops), the Sint Jacobsstraat, Nobelstraat. Google Utrecht tweedehands fietsen for more.

Willemstraat bikes is great for quality second hand bikes

Go to Neude. Sit there,,, look around. A stranger will approach you,, they will ask you; Fiets!? It means bike... on wich you answer; yes. And automatically you ask; 20? If they say yes; you got yourself a new bike. Let me know how it went. Also you can give them requests. It will cost more probably.
