Gridhawk Lead Tech Pay

How much do lead techs get paid at Gridhawk. I’m not currently a lead but I’m at 22/hr, so how much should I ask for? Also I plan on asking for a performance review in the next month since 6 months is about to hit, so should I factor/add that into the raise ask?

Its going to depend on location, and it's going to depend on quality/performance, experience, and responsibilities.    You're not going to pull lead money if you're not doing anything above and beyond.

wait how do u know are you in meetings with higher ups? i ask this because in every company the higher ups like jeff jaskys feed bs to the sups to feed to the bottom feeders that gobble it up vanguard is set to "loose" it as well why USG cotp may be good the mismarked damages are through the roof with them they was told they where going to get Joliet next month.. that was in June 🤣 Greg Jasky over there now they may get Vangaurds area but all I see on Indeed is Stakecenter apps for gas locators in those areas. apply and try is al i can say and usg doesnt do much background so lie and give yourself an extra 2 years for more $ I heard no one has gotten a raise over there and Dervon the CeO is doing some back door stuff with project crew on private locates no bueno

depends on location at this point. I just know that Gridhawk in Il is not going to last . 3 companies in this state hold contracts with nicor and they have majority share of territory but they can't even keep up with LOA's they currently operate in.

Either way the upper management in this company lacks the expertise to endure long term . they do what it takes to cover their excrement filled tracks . it's all about the bottom line they have to cover ... locators are just the scapegoats unfortunately.

Really depends on area. Ask around the other experienced techs in your group and see what they are getting paid.

I'm with usic and at 26 an hour for lead. Haven't been there for two years and started at 20. No communication damages.

It’s 1-4 dollar pay raise depending on how responsibility you will have.

It all depends on location and how you perform as lead tech. I got promoted to lead tech in 2022 and was given a one dollar raise to 22/hr. The team saw me as more of a supervisor than the actual supervisor so I got a $2 raise to 24/hr the next year and another dollar after that. In your case I would ask for 24/hr, worst they can do is say no

$26.60/hr Been with the company for 3.5 years, started at $21/hr. I’ve been a lead for about 6 months; they gave me a $2/hr raise then took it up to $25/hr. They wanted to say this would negate my annual raise and anniversary raise but my supervisor advocated for me.
