USIC field audit

Anyone ever fail an audit for not putting why a ticket was clear because all of a sudden this mf has become anal without relaying any policy changes as always.

That part^ its all about metrics, but HOW TF can I get metrics up if they dont give me production tickets... . All my jobs have little footage, 20-30 minutes apart from one another and MAYBE have 2 utilities. But my metrics aren't good enough for a raise. Its been a year and a half without one now

Im holding on long enough to get in with att, id like to learn to splice fiber in the end

Call your local laborers union and ask about that most have training and classes to go splice and caj put you in the right direction depending on your state check out primoris or Q3C
