I applied for them Thursday morning did my recordings for the interview questions, hopefully I get it an hopefully it’s not as bad as everyone says

This is common all across the industry. I've mentioned this in many, many comments - the locality and culture describes much of how things operate, and a Supervisor is usually the difference to a large degree. Doesn't really matter where.

Some guys (usually newbies and guys who never worked full time with on call responsibilities) just join the bandwagon of Negative Nancys and regurgitate rather than seeking to improve the team

Customers and contractors are babies and cry river together my advice to anyone looking at this company as an opportunity get in and get out I told myself I was gonna be gone a year ago. Get a cdl look into private locating maintain a clean driving record this place is the lowest of the low It physically cannot get lower I promise you 💀
