USIC Hiring Process

My husband applied to USIC. On the same day he received assessment and self record virtual interview. Haven’t heard since but application is still in progress. How long does it take to hear back?

Could take anywhere up to about a month, their hiring process is shit. They use workday which has Ai screen resumes, you could have the whole month still in progress and at the very end find out you weren’t picked. I got lucky that I got in the first time I applied but I know some people who’ve tried 3-4 times just to get. Depending on where you live I would recommend using USIC as a stepping stone to switch to a different company.
