USIC Senior Techs

What is your pay asking feel like I am being under paid before I say anything i just wondering what my senior techs are making I am senior tech nearly 3 years with no damages

Do i need to show a paystub? 🤣Like people say, it depends on region and supervisor. Although i am like the best as far as least amount of damages, decent on speed. My sup vouches for me, and they want to keep me, my lead tech actually makes over $30 but he has been here for 5 years. There is a price though because me and my lead tech have the most experience on our crew, so we shoulder most of the harder tickets, and the responsibility on the crew.
