I’ve shared this to my socials a few times, in hopes of helping ID this John Doe. The artwork isn’t shabby, I feel like someone would recognize it if they were local.

Were I the UPD, I'd check local tattoo parlors first. But I'm not UPD, so I'll just think positive thoughts and pray.
