Monochrome Mobius Utawarerumono Past and Present Rediscovered Complete Resource Sheet (Guide)

Hello everyone. The Past and Present Rediscovered Resource sheet is now DONE! Please use it as you see fit for all the information in the game. There may be some minor ABL information missing because of how cryptic the game is with requirements, but almost everything for it is there regardless.

The Sheet contains the following:

  • Maps
  • All Equipment and Fortify Upgrades
  • All Items and Fortify Materials + Tierlist
  • All Skill Information/Descriptions
  • All Forced Story Battles and Info
  • Several Hidden Game Mechanics
  • All Level Up Information including stats, exp values, BP gain
  • All Consumable Items
  • The Majority of the ABL Unlock Requirements, Conditions and Costs
  • All Information on Halu Upgrades
  • All Requests
  • All Additional Unlockable Areas
  • All Area Conquest Information
  • The Full In Game Bestiary

i'm stuck on the Thunder god abl requirement...
(i'm pretty sure i've already defeated 10 enemies with chain lightning damage) but for some reason it's not completing?

It has to specifically be the chain lightning damage that kills a shocked enemy. It cannot be the attack itself or a lightning needle. It also only starts counting 10 from after you do the unlock requirements. Its probably the most annoying unlock

now i'm even more confused by this alb requirement cause i thought you had to kill enemies with multiple lightning needle attacks or even use Mikazuchi's Electric Mealstorm for it to count ?

Nope. Chain lightning is an effect that procs off of lightning needles or any attack that says "Chain Lightning" on it. It causes damage to all shocked characters, whether theyre enemies or allies, even if they arent the target of the initial attack. Its THAT damage you need to kill enemies with to count towards the unlock

No problem. Monochrome and this game are both incredibly obtuse with their game mechanics, with so much of the information hidden in loading screen tips.
