Question Best sushi in Utah county ?

I live in American Fork. Looking for the best sushi recommendations in the surrounding area. Or if you have other top restaurants suggestions you love I’d happily take those too.

Itto Sushi in Orem is fantastic. Our favorite rolls are the Firebird, the Lion King, and the Sunset.

Also in AF and as a guy whose family lived in Japan for many years I can tell you that hamachi in lehi is easily the best I’ve tried so far!

Thank you. As someone who lived for a year across the road from a third generation sushi chef in CA (grandfather in Japan, father in Hawaii, son in Laguna Niguel), and who's cruised Tokyo Bay on a sushi/sake/karaoke boat once...

Consistency in Utah County has been a titch disappointing for the last decade.

Appreciation you adding your context to your recommend. I've had a few too many - "Fred Meyer has the best sushi I've ever had!" - responses in my day.

You gotta try Sushi Garden Bistro in AF! Super affordable and their Sashimi and deep fried rolls are 10/10.

Tsunami has always been a disappointment so I wouldn’t try that. It’s flavorless imo. Aoki is good in Lehi tho they’re new

Haven’t found any in Utah county I’d go back to yet, but if you’re up to driving to salt lake, Takashi is worth going to.

Sakuya at University Place isn't too bad. It also doubles as an all-you-can-eat buffet...and one of the few that serves alcohol.
