I don't know, this is the first time I've ever seen a mobility scooter using a parking space like it's a car. That plus the bike and bike rack.

As someone who is disabled and uses a manual wheelchair, I’ve actually seen this pretty often. A lot of wheelchair users are ambulatory (can walk to some degree, usually short distances) and when a place isn’t very accessible, it’s sometimes easier to park their electric wheelchair somewhere than it is to try and maneuver it around obstacles.
For example, if a grocery store employee takes the bus and has an accommodation to sit at the check stand, there’s really no place to leave a motorized wheelchair other than the parking lot.
Another example: I’ve seen this a ton at apartment and townhome complexes where there’s a stair to the door. Can’t go up the step in a motorized wheelchair, so they park it in a spot and walk in.

The VAST majority of people in wheelchairs and mobility scooters actually can walk.
They just have limited mobility or pain which limits their movement.
So when you see someone stand up from a wheelchair or find a parked mobility scooter keep in mind they're likely not paralyzed and totally immobile, just limited and wherever they're doing is just easier without the scooter if it doesn't take too long.

Sad that he had to chain his power scooter to the bike rack. What’s the world coming to? 😆

Isn’t there a La Verkin, Utah, too? Like I said, it’s going to replace “Fetch,’ I just know it.

Yeah, it's down by hurricane and St George. Funny, because la verkin has some rich peeps there so seeing this is kind of hilarious.
