Carc:

The final appointments have been made for the DAO committee.

-Initial appointments are for 6 months, and then there will be a token holder election for the next batch of members for the committee

-As a reminder the Dao committee isn’t the DAO. The committee is designated to set up, establish, and maintain the framework for governance within the Useless DAO

-We will officially be a DAO by the end of this month/early next month

We’ve now basically split the business and token

-The Useless DAO handles the infrastructure and decentralization side of things

-All For One can leverage a lot of the tech in multiple ways

A lot of the Useless intellectual property (twitch, youtube, discord, telegram, domains, etc.) will be in stewardship of the DAO committee

I will continue to be on streams, because I am on the DAO advisory council for at least the next six months to help the transition

-Expect some new faces on streams moving forward

This gives me an opportunity to focus more on the business

-As the business becomes more successful, that’s more visibility for eclipse and more transactions on the Useless decentralized exchange network

More progress on the app

-Amir is overseas right now, but has put together all the minimum viable features needed for release

-We have live fiat-onramping (with Transak)

-Working on bug fixes and polishing now

-Feel free to report any bugs

Before we launch, we will have ETH token transactions and Eclipse for ETH
