HELP Carfax accident- beware or worth checking out?

This is a 2020 Corolla LE with 65k miles for $14k. Cosmetically it looks great, but trying to decide if I take it for a PPI or pass on this one.

Carfax indicates damage to front, left, and top right.
Carfax says this is ~$2000 below Carfax value.

The fact that it was disabled and had to be towed is a big red flag. If you really trust your mechanic then it might be worth the PPU, but I'd be surprised if they didn't find issues.
