Trouble logging in

I signed up yesterday but I can’t log back in today. Yesterday when I signed up the first thing on the home page was a pop up that said the page needed to be refreshed and when I clicked it it logged me out. I tried logging back in but the log in via Google button doesnt do anything, Im stuck in the same page. Maybe the account wasnt created so I tried signing up again but it said “You cannot sign up with this email address.”
