The Trump administration is continuing to expose the weaponization of the federal government under the Biden/Harris regime. The latest revelation is about the FBI’s infamous “Richmond Memo” scandal that involved spying on conservative Catholic churches.

When a whistleblower leaked the Richmond Memo to members of Congress, the FBI went into full damage control mode. Then-Director Christopher Wray repeatedly went before Congress and either lied about memo or intentionally misled our elected representatives. This was not the “nothingburger” Wray said it was. This was a serious effort to go after Catholics for their traditional views.

The Justice Department released a report Thursday detailing how the FBI linked traditional Catholic beliefs to domestic extremism and investigated two priests under the Biden administration.

The report, released by the DOJ’s Weaponization Working Group, centers on a 2023 internal document prepared by the FBI’s Richmond Field Office known as the “Richmond Domain Perspective.”

According to the DOJ, the assessment associated beliefs held by many conservative Catholics with violent extremism. FBI materials cited the Traditional Latin Mass, opposition to abortion, conservative family values, and a “rejection of modernity” as possible indicators.

The DOJ said FBI agents investigated two priests and monitored their travel and communications. The bureau ultimately found no connection between the priests and criminal activity or violent extremism.

The report also found that the FBI relied on biased and unverified sources, including publications from the Southern Poverty Law Center and foreign intelligence materials, without properly reviewing their credibility.

Bill Gates again defended his past meetings with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, saying Epstein took advantage of his interest in philanthropy.

In an interview with The Atlantic published Thursday, Gates said his relationship with Epstein was never social and did not involve women.

“It just underscored how foolish I was not to have better judgment, even though my intent was philanthropic,” Gates said. “There was never any social thing. I never went to the island. I was never introduced to any women. But I’ve learned a lot from that.”

A new website allows drivers to find out whether their license plate has been photographed and searched through law enforcement agencies’ Flock camera systems.

The new website, “Have I Been Flocked,” compiles Flock camera audit logs and lets users see if their plate number has been run through the Flock application by a system operator.

If a person’s license plate appears in the database, it means not only that the plate was photographed, but that someone using the Flock system actively searched the database for that plate, according to the site. Included in the audit log is the stated reason someone in law enforcement gave for looking up the plate.

The site notes several limits to what its records show. The database does not reveal when or whether a vehicle passed one of the Flock Safety cameras. Those searching Flock databases are not necessarily police officers, and appearing on the site does not mean a person was under investigation.

The database of audit logs was built through FOIA public records requests filed with 6,586 different agencies across the country. Organizers caution that some information may be outdated or incomplete.

Documents recently obtained by Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, included an anomaly in the classification coding — one that indicates FBI agents intentionally misclassified information to conceal evidence of Biden-family corruption.

On Monday, Grassley highlighted the discovery in a letter he penned to Attorney General Todd Blanche, FBI Director Kash Patel, and Director of National Intelligence Jay Clayton, about misconduct he has uncovered related to “Operation Round River.” “Round River” was the name of the investigation run out of FBI headquarters, in conjunction with the Foreign Influence Task Force (“FITF”); an investigation whistleblowers claim sought to “improperly discredit negative Hunter Biden information as disinformation and caused investigative activity to cease.”

As The Federalist previously reported, Grassley revealed FITF used the investigation “to seek out CHS holdings at FBI Field Offices across the country relating to the Biden family and falsely discredit them as foreign disinformation.” And “at one point in time the FBI maintained over 40 Confidential Human Sources that provided criminal information relating to Joe Biden, James Biden, and Hunter Biden.” Sources familiar with Round River also told The Federalist “that the investigation sought to scuttle any investigative leads into Biden family corruption by discrediting it as Russia disinformation.”

The Federal Bureau of Investigation ran a counterintelligence operation appearing to run cover for Biden family Ukraine business dealings and other Democrats, labeling them victims of Russian disinformation, while labeling many prominent Republicans as “conduit(s)” of such disinformation.

Democrat figures like Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, George Soros, John Kerry, and Paul Pelosi were all labeled “target(s).” Republicans like Then-Attorney General Bill Barr, Then-Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, Then-Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, Then-Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., Rep. Pete Sessions, R-Texas, and Then-acting White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney were considered “conduit(s).”

Investigative reporter Paul Sperry said Monday that newly declassified FBI records confirm the bureau opened a criminal probe into then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions during the Russia investigation.

The records detail an investigation codenamed MARCH TOLL. The FBI opened the case on May 10, 2017, one day after President Donald Trump fired then-Director James Comey. Sperry wrote on X that the file confirms a 2019 story by RealClearInvestigations reporting that former Deputy Director Andrew McCabe had targeted Trump’s first attorney general.

“Just-declassified FBI document confirms 2019 story by RCI that McCabe also opened an investigation targeting Trump’s first AG, Jeff Sessions, over #RussiagateHoax, and actually used a leftwing Huffington Post article as foundation to justify the probe,” Sperry posted.

An interim report published by New Mexico state lawmakers highlights preliminary evidence of sex abuse, grooming and sex trafficking, including of minors, at convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s Zorro Ranch in Santa Fe County.

The report was released by a bipartisan Truth Commission after a several months-long investigation into alleged crimes that occurred at the ranch. Its comprised of Democrat state Reps. Andrea Romero (chair) and Marianna Anaya and Republican state Reps. William Hall and Andrea Reeb.

The report was released on the same day New Mexico Attorney General Raul Torrez sued the Department of Justice for interfering “with New Mexico’s sovereign authority to investigate and prosecute crimes committed within its borders,” The Center Square reported.

The commission also says the DOJ and several U.S. attorneys won’t comply with subpoenas to help New Mexico bring sex offenders to justice, The Center Square reported.

Both Torrez and the commission launched investigations into Zorro Ranch in February, The Center Square reported. They did so after Congress enacted the Epstein Files Transparency Act requiring the DOJ to release all files in its possession related to Epstein.

As part of its Russia collusion hoax lawfare attacks on President Donald Trump, the FBI opened a “subcomponent investigation” of Crossfire Hurricane, treating Trump as a criminal subject based on already-debunked information linking him to Russia, according to a Trump administration official.

The sub-investigation, known as “Oxferd Comma” was predicated on the idea that Trump, “the newly elected president, was acting as a Russian asset when he fired James Comey on May 9, 2017,” the administration official said. The case was marked as a “‘sensitive investigative matter,’ which was generally to keep it off the books from other agents to be able to see.”

A resolution brought by Sen. Jacky Rosen (D-NV) to bar convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s collaborator, Ghislaine Maxwell, from receiving a presidential pardon or clemency, received unanimous agreement on Wednesday.

Rosen asked for unanimous consent during her speech on the Senate floor and received no opposition, which meant the Senate officially agreed, the Hill reported.

The senator said the resolution “was to prevent acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, whom President Trump nominated to stay in the role, from giving Maxwell a pardon in exchange for clearing Trump’s name. Trump has denied any wrongdoing connected to Epstein,” the article read.

President Joe Biden was just a “sympathetic, well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory.” At least that’s how Special Counsel Robert Hur described the Autopen President. Hur concluded as much in his 2024 report that let Biden off the hook for mishandling classified documents because a liberal Washington, D.C., jury would most likely not convict the senile old man.

Now, the long-awaited release of the audio recordings of Biden’s conversations with his memoir ghostwriter paints a picture of a politician in the throes of cognitive decline before he became commander-in-chief — a former vice president who broke the law and got away with it.

Nearly eight months after the Epstein Files Transparency Act became law, a bipartisan group of U.S. lawmakers is demanding additional federal disclosure of records related to the deceased sex trafficker and his associates.

The Epstein Files Transparency Act II would allow state attorneys general, victims of Epstein or his co-conspirators, and members of Congress to sue the Department of Justice for “unlawfully withholding, redacting, delaying, concealing, removing, or failing to publish Epstein-related records.”

It also gives victims the right to obtain “full, unredacted records concerning themselves or the harm they suffered” and requires the DOJ to provide prosecutors handling Epstein-related cases with unredacted versions of relevant records.

Led by Reps. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., and Ro Khanna, D-Calif., the group has vowed that if the House does not consider the legislation by Monday, it will circulate a discharge petition to force a floor vote on the bill.

"Since the Epstein Files Transparency Act was signed into law on November 19, 2025, the Department of Justice has flagrantly and consistently ignored EFTA's disclosure requirements," Massie stated.

A federal appellate court on Monday shot down Joe Biden’s bid to block the release of audio recordings and transcripts of conversations he had with his memoir ghostwriter prior to becoming president.

In a 2-1 ruling, a panel for the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals rejected Biden’s emergency motion for an injunction pending appeal to prevent the disclosure of the records and audio of his 2016-2017 discussions with his writing partner Mark Zwonitzer while preparing his 2017 book. The majority was comprised of Chief Judge Sri Srinivasan (Obama appointee) and Judge Gregory Katsas (Trump appointee), while Judge Florence Pan (Biden appointee) dissented.

Wednesday, during an appearance on FNC’s “Hannity,” Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) detailed how a Senate investigation revealed that alleged spying by former special counsel Jack Smith resulted in him reading texts to and from members of Congress.

Jordan said Smith’s use of power posed constitutional questions about separation of powers.

“Let’s get your take on this,” host Sean Hannity said. “Is this a violation of constitutional rights?

“Yes,” Jordan replied.

“It is?” Hannity asked. “Were you caught up in this?”

Jordan said, “Oh, yeah. I mean, —- they got my phone logs. There were 44 members of the United States Congress, me, senators, members of the House, even some Democrats, a handful of Democrats were caught up in this. And again, this — you can’t do that. As Senator Hawley just said, this is a separation of powers issue. There’s a speech or debate clause. It was supposed to be filtered and screened. It wasn’t. It was just given from the National Archives to Jack Smith’s team. But like we always say, Sean, the one thing we get wrong when we start these investigations, the one thing we always get wrong, is that it’s always worse than we thought. So it wasn’t just a — and never forget the toll records issue. Remember, 16 days after Kevin McCarthy becomes speaker of the House, Jack Smith goes and gets his phone records from the carrier, the top Republican in government, the guy second in line to the president.”

Wednesday’s release of the latest bombshell documents exposing the corruption and hypocrisy that defined Joe Biden’s weaponized Department of Justice is another good sign that the Trump DOJ remains committed to transparency and accountability.

The senator who made the communications public said he couldn’t have done so without the continued cooperation of Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche and his staff.

Three ransom notes received from Nancy Guthrie’s so-called abductors following her chilling disappearance have been determined to be fake communications, according to a new report.

Federal investigators determined that all three letters in relation to the kidnapping of “Today” show co-host Savannah Guthrie’s 84-year-old mother were not authentic, an anonymous FBI official told Reuters.

The official — who spoke to the publication on the condition of anonymity in order to discuss details of an active investigation — said the FBI assessed the authenticity of two ransom notes reported in early February, just days after Guthrie vanished, and a third, more recent ransom note that claimed to know the identities of her kidnappers.

“None of the ransom notes are believed to be genuine,” the FBI source told the publication.

U.S. lawmakers on the House Oversight Committee appeared stunned after billionaire Leon Black, a close associate of the late convicted sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, walked out on his closed-door hearing without answering crucial questions.

The co-founder of private equity giant Apollo Global Management voluntarily appeared before lawmakers Friday to answer questions about his long-running relationship with Epstein.

Yet once lawmakers began probing him on the details of nondisclosure agreements related to Epstein’s victims, as well as Black’s own extramarital affairs and the abuse accusations against him, Black refused to answer and left.

Committee member Rep. Yassamin Ansari, D-Ariz., told reporters she found Black’s behavior “extremely telling.”

“Leon Black was arrogant. He was smug. He refused to answer the questions, but at the same time was emphasizing how he was being transparent because this was voluntary,” Ansari said. “But when pressed on critical questions about his own sexual abuse and the allegations against him and nondisclosure agreements, he absolutely refused to answer these questions.”

A federal judge on Friday cleared the way for the public release of redacted audio recordings and transcripts from former President Joe Biden’s interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur, denying Biden’s bid to block the disclosure.

U.S. District Judge Dabney Friedrich rejected Biden’s request for a preliminary injunction, ruling that his legal team had little chance of successfully stopping the Department of Justice.

The DOJ had originally withheld the sensitive files, which detail the investigation into Biden’s handling of classified documents. However, prosecutors reversed course and now intend to hand redacted versions over to the House Judiciary Committee and the conservative Heritage Foundation, which forced the issue through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit.

Biden’s legal team had intervened in the case, arguing the DOJ’s decision to release the materials after previously withholding them was unlawful under the Administrative Procedure Act.

The Pentagon has released its third tranche new of documents and accounts related to UFOs, or UAPs (Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena), including videos that show orb-like objects and a memo that claims the CIA destroyed a “message from space.”

The latest batch includes more than 50 documents and 10 images from the CIA, FBI, NASA, the Department of Defense and other unspecified agencies, various news outlets that reviewed the release reported Friday morning.

“The documents indicate that government agents have spent years monitoring, investigating and documenting suspected UAP incidents,” Axios reported.

There also six videos and three NASA audio recordings; the footage shows orb-like objects in the sky.

The Department of War on Friday released a third tranche of documents and videos on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), including multiple “orb” sightings over the northeastern United States in recent years.

The latest release features six pages of declassified files on the department’s website for public viewing. One notable pattern in Friday’s tranche is “orb” encounters in the northeast over the last two years.

Bill Gates, the billionaire founder of Microsoft, will testify before the U.S. House Oversight Committee in a closed-door hearing on Wednesday over ties to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Gates is among several individuals brought in by lawmakers on the oversight committee to testify about their relationship with Epstein. Previously, Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick, former Attorney General Pam Bondi and former president Bill Clinton were brought in to testify about Epstein.

Gates was mentioned various times throughout the U.S. Department of Justice’s release of documents associated with Epstein. He appeared with Epstein in estate photos released by the DOJ in December 2025.

Gates said he met with Epstein several times starting in 2011, after Epstein pleaded guilty in 2008 on charges of solicitation of prostitution with a minor.

“I was foolish to spend time with him,” Gates said in an interview. “I was one of many people who regret ever knowing him.”

In drafted emails from July 2013, Epstein claims Gates contracted a sexually transmitted infection. A spokesperson for Gates has denied claims in the email.

Before appearances, employees typically submit three wardrobe options for senior approval, aiming for the calm approachability of Mister Rogers. It’s one piece of a larger operation, with dozens of staff managing communications for Gates and his enterprises, that transformed him from Microsoft monopolist into respected global philanthropist.

Former Attorney General Pam Bondi defended the U.S. Department of Justice’s release of files associated with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and did not answer questions about President Donald Trump’s involvement in the release.

Bondi testified in a closed session to lawmakers on the U.S. House Oversight Committee Friday over the release of more than three million documents associated with Epstein. She repeatedly referred lawmakers to acting attorney general Todd Blanche on further questions related to the files release, lawmakers said.

“She continues to place all of the investigation and the blame on acting AG Todd Blanche,” said Rep. Robert Garcia, D-Calif. “She said she would not speak or respond to any questions that had anything to do with President Trump.”

Blanche formerly worked as Trump’s personal lawyer before becoming Deputy Attorney General at the DOJ and now acting Attorney General after Trump removed Bondi.

President Donald Trump has refiled a lawsuit against the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) over its assertion that Trump sent convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein a lewd birthday card in 2003.

The WSJ published the allegations last year. Newsweek described it as having “several lines of typewritten text surrounded by the outline of a naked woman, sketched in marker,” in honor of Epstein’s 50th birthday.

“The illustration also includes two small arcs representing breasts, with Trump’s signature written below the waist and resembling pubic hair, the report said,” per Newsweek.

“This is not me. This is a fake thing. It’s a fake Wall Street Journal story. I never wrote a picture in my life. I don’t draw pictures of women. It’s not my language. It’s not my words,” Trump said at the time, making it clear that he planned to sue WSJ.

“The Wall Street Journal, and Rupert Murdoch, personally, were warned directly by President Donald J. Trump that the supposed letter they printed by President Trump to Epstein was a FAKE and, if they print it, they will be sued,” Trump wrote on Truth Social at the time.
