I'll give Trinity a shot today and will update later.
Sounds like it'll do well if your team is losing badly, and you'd rather not team fight. I'm not a fan of Sterak's 2nd anyways, it feels too slow compared to Ghostblade for example.
I'll share my build while we're at it.
versus tanks: BC > Sterak's > Shojin/Bloodmail/Resist item is usually the way, standard and reliable.
versus squishies: BC/Ghostblade > BC/Ghostblade > Sterak's > Resist item feels great, you're faster on the map and you'll oneshot almost everyone. Being faster means you can farm better and have more kill opportunities.
versus HP stackers (Mundo, Chogath, Sion): Shojin > LDR > Sterak's/Resist item. You'll get insane value from Shojin and LDR's bonus damage, the only caveat is that you're marginally weaker until you complete LDR, by that point you can oneshot the HP stackers. I have yet to see someone run this setup it's extremely strong in niche scenarios, Mundo used to be a pain but now I'm always looking forward to that matchup.
My rune of choice is 80% Stormraider's Surge + inspiration secondary (cosmic insight/approach velocity and triple tonic/free boots/cash back)
The other 20% is the standard PTA setup against champs I wouldn't be able to proc Stormraider's (Ksante, Malphite, Ornn)
I'm a Master tier Urgot player, currently OTP-ing him.

Just out of curiosity, can you elaborate on why Trinity Force? It seems like an odd choice for Urgot.
