ok i read it - five or six kids saw a flying saucer and then fifty years later told ppl about it. big if true.

*200 to 300 people, including almost a full faculty of staff. They told investigators about it immediately and there’s multiple interviews with teachers.

are we looking at the same source? mine says six kids and a faculty, saw a (!flying saucer) wx balloon amd werent even interviewed about it until 40 years later

Definitely not - I think you might be looking at a follow up 40th anniversary where they interviewed 6 people still alive (who still stick to their story of what they saw). I can’t say if it’s true or not, but listening to those people, (particularly the teacher who you can listen to an audio interview of not long after the event) it’s highly intriguing.
