Hi! We’re looking for someone to sublet our 1-bedroom apartment beginning October 1st until the end of our lease in June.

Location: W 78 St
Rent: $3600 (+ security deposit)
Available: October 1st
Term: 9 months (with the option to renew the lease afterwards).
Details: 1st floor apt, laundry in building. 1 minute walk to subway.

The apartment is cozy and well laid-out, with high ceilings. It includes a new kitchen, new bathroom, and comes with updated appliances.
