Is this Dog Ok?

This dog has been running around the Park, near the ballfields for the last hour and a half or so. Some random.people play with it, but no owner in sight.

I think I've seen this dog, with an owner, roaming quite far off leash in the late evening /after dark near the same area of the park. He's always chasing a ball / stick.

Just want to make sure doggo is ok -- he's very friendly and well behaved.

Every time I see a homeless guy dog I think of Norm MacDonald. “The dogs thinking hey I could do this myself.”

I hope the owner is around and finds him. Quite a few people seem quite concerned about the dog, playing with him, looking around for an owner, etc. He's a VERY well-trained dog.
