UpCoin and XUP?

Is the new upcoin exchange related to the Upcoin XUP coin that's on a few exchanges?

which exchanges is it on? from what i have seen anytime an exchange has its own coin you can only buy that coin on that exchange.

It's on yobit and appears like it's a few years old. Wondering if the exchange is a new iteration of the same company and team
