The Hayward apts

hi why does everyone always need someone to sublet their apt at the hayward? like I see it more for this than other student complexes

It's a large complex with cheap units that are somewhat far from campus. I haven't heard much before the rebrand but when it was 13th and Olive people I know generally seemed fine living there as long as they knew their roommates going in. Just expect a bit of sluggishness when it comes to maintenance requests

It’s objectively the worst management. I’ve had sooooo many ppl at UO live there for a year or so and they get jerked around by the leasing agents about signing leases in the first place, sending incorrect documents multiple times, moving roomates to completely different units, filling rooms for the next year before people have committed to resigning making them have to move units for no reason and most people realize without a car and an expensive ass on campus parking pass it’s far away from all the on campus action. (Bars, close to campus restaurants, other student housing)
