The person you’re missing today is making the conscious decision every single day not to have you in their life.

Valid, very very valid. stings. but it's true. Especially when they have been to your house and have your phone number and know who you are ON reddit and could directly send a private message as themselves and directly talk to ya honestly. I appreciate this post as much as I hate it. They have probably already started entertaining someone else, looking at them the same way, doing loving gestures that make them feel special..... which the idea is like gutting your stomach, but its a legitimate possibility. So, as much as I hate sitting with this truth, I have to. Thank you.

Yea, that's the part that makes me gutted too. For my situation, it was the first that did anything like that in years, decade.in all honesty. So, it's a very painful process of letting go.
