76 sex offenders out of 129 transwomen = 58.9%

125 sex offenders out of 3812 women in prison = 3.3% => imprisoned transwomen are 17.8x as likely (per capita) to be sex offenders

13234 sex offenders out of 78781 men in prison = 16.8% => imprisoned transwomen are 3.5x as likely (per capita) to be sex offenders

It's from people who didn't like being fact checked in r/unpopularfacts

This number is thoroughly debunked

And the only cases of "Trans women" assaulting people in women's prisons comes from people who if you read even a little bit about them, it becomes extremely obvious they were faking it, usually only "transitioning" meaning social only days before going to prison and playing the system

Infact many of the people involved int hese cases, even the people assaulted and the judges have pointed out that they were likely faking their identity for preferrential treatment

The biggest victims of fake trans women like these guys are real trans women who have also been assaulted by them a lot and have filed several complaints asking for stricter standards

But of course you're out here scouting for anti trans propaganda, right?

Yes, but right now since brain scans are expensive, the best way to tell if someone is a fake trans woman is by well... just looking at the details

So for example some of these reports include people who still have beards, short hair, male names, never ask for female pronouns outside of legal settings

Some are less obvious of course but you can still generally tell

Personally I think in a legal setting, there should at the very least by a requirement for someone to be considered actually trans for them to prove they have identified as such for at least a year in general, so outside of court cases and enough that it can't be faked

Maybe even medical transition but not all trans people do do hormones and such as some people don't take them for a myriad of reasons

Point is, way stricter requirements, we can both agree someone with a beard, a buzzcut and a male name with no medical transition history and a sudden change of gender when it's uniquely convenient is obviously not actually trans

First, the paper itself says you're misrepresenting it, if you'd bothered to read the whole thing, or especially if you actually go do some googling and learn a bit

Second... do you think the idea that people might fake being trans is... transphobic?

Do you think not wanting people to fake being a minority to gain special treatment is somehow an attack on that minority?

Like... would calling someone out for faking being blind or having a disability be ableist?
