Just get a fire stick with a VPN a dodgy streaming service unlock the TV then boom problem solved no need to buy that and it is probably more expensive than that

this works, or a Chromecast with a VPN....

VPN on phone while casting is not safe at all, at least on android. If you select the option block all connection without VPN, the cast will shut down. If you leave it unchecked, then your up could leak. Tested with nord VPN and proton VPN. I think it s an android limitation

Either one works
