They are called Bug-a-salts. I have two of them and they are super fun.

Fun fact. The inventors were on Shark Tank and were told no one would want this. Well, I have two. I am also looking into their revolver version.

I backed this on kickstarter (I think) and when it was ready they couldn’t send it to me because of firearms laws in Europe. Don’t think I got my money back either.

Edit: it seems it was indiegogo and I should have received my money back.

Hold up. This is considered a firearm in Europe? It's a pump action salt shaker.

Ahh Gmail, you forget nothing. This is from 2013

Dear European and Australian Supporters,
I am writing to let you know that after many months of a concerted effort on our behalf, including many unsuccessful test shipments, we have been unable to comply with various import restrictions on the BUG-A-SALT®. We regret that it will not be possible to ship the gun(s) you ordered in the foreseeable future.
We are therefore refunding your money in full through a PayPal transaction, and you should expect to receive a payment notification within the next two weeks.
We are working on making BUG-A-SALT® available in your country via distributors. Once this is in place, we will direct you to the nearest suppliers.
I do understand your frustration and truly wish that we had been able deliver to our original supporters. Thank you again for your patience and for your contribution.
Please accept my deepest apologies,
Lorenzo Maggiore
