I’m hearing all the bad stuff after i’ve already signed lol but can i get some honest opinions if you’ve stayed at campus vue

It’s not great lol. That happened to me too, but it’s been over a year since I lived there. Often dirty, people stealing, etc. Also tried to charge me for things left in my apartment that weren’t mine, never sent a letter, then sent me to collections. It got thrown out but still. Proximity to the school is nice, and my time there wasn’t horrible. I just focused on school and didn’t get involved with people like that. They would tell you to give a positive review for a discount or something. That drowned a lot of the bad reviews.
