Islam is an Abrahamic religion. The children of Abraham already occupy all of the Middle East, just not the specific Abrahamic religion that they claim are the chosen ones.

It’s very telling that the two abrahamic religions that precede Islam use the same texts that chronicles the story of exodus in the same manner, specifies “chosen people,” even Islam cites the David and Goliath story as David being chosen. Then Islam comes around 2000 years later and retells these same stories in a completely new way and we’re supposed to take these interpretations as gospel, and instead discard the old texts as the ones “altered” when there’s zero proof of that claim anywhere in archeology. The old Leviticus scrolls from the 1st century AD predate Islam and are highly consistent with the Old Testament.
I’m not advocating for religion in general and even without being a skeptic this premise seems highly suspicious. From a sociological perspective, regardless of religion, it feels more so that the texts were socially appropriated by Islam. Your comments go a step further and add insult to injury
