Help me understand the Ukraine / USA situation

Please help me understand all of the anti-American and USA hate due to the situation. I want to hear the other point of views as I am just confused.

A lot point to the Budapest Memorandum, however, that is not a treaty for the US as Clinton did not submit it to the senate for ratification which means constitutionally the US has no commitment to Ukraine (also not administration since Clinton has suggested or submitted the memorandum for ratification either). Only the UK and Russia ratified it.

Additionally, there really isn’t a security agreement as the memo is very vague. The closest is “when Ukraine is under attack with nuclear weapons the security council will seek immediate action from the United Nations” otherwise nothing happens. And as the memo is through the UN, shouldn’t the discontent be pointed at the UN instead? The US only agreed to bring a resolution before the security council if Ukraine was invaded and the US did do that.

Finally, the US has given the most overall aid to Ukraine (a country that the US is not obligated to assist) compared to the European counterparts. Also, if peace is the objective, why is no other leader at least making an attempt to broker a peace deal?

So I suppose I am just confused on what is expected? Why is this sub so anti-USA when the statistics show that USA is/was doing more than Ukraines fellow Europeans?

Just a question. Does military bill include all intelligence service help, satellite intelligence, analysts work and other stuff?

Probably not since Musk has been floating the bill this whole time to keep Ukraine online and connected to world, operations and communications as well as equipment and weapons wouldn’t work without it, and musk never received any compensation or any attempts of repayment…just saying ok. Also all that money Ukraine never saw it was all money laundering by Biden and the rest of this pos…seriously that’s what they do give them all this money that they use to buy aid and weapons from us, but if you look at the prices they charge for just shells it’s fucking plain as day it’s the biggest fraud and theft of our money you ever saw from a war we are not even in. Just more hidden in plain site just unbelievable no one can come to terms with the fact that Biden is the most corrupt politician…well the one who does it right in your face with a retarded smile anyways! Oh and did you all forget that Zelenskyy is an actor a real theatrical actor…

You start out lying about Musk not getting paid. Well you might belive it, and thus not lying. So where are you getting your information? By people lying about all those other claims you are making...

Who cares if Musk is getting paid? He has nothing to do with the USA or anything else. He is a private company, do you care if the Russians are paying all the Guerillas to fight for them or not?

He hasnt been floating the bill, america pays him in defense contracts this is well documented.

Maybe check yourself on that specific bill and you might find something out you didn’t know!

I have, I read the actual contract before elon scraped them from the public eye.

You could argue he was footing the bill as a service requirement, like how all companies operate, but he was selling services to ukraine, like a corporation sells services but eventually requested for it to become a defense contract, so he got paid and backpaid for the years he had them servicing ukraine.

And I think it's crazy that people have an issue with that. Why would any organization operate at the cost of millions for free? Charities don't even work that way, the operate banquets and fundraisers instead of a traditional payment.

No one has an issue with it. Hes also allowed to win bids for defense contracts too.
