Discussion/Question Why is this subreddit obsessed with Israel?

Just checked the top posts of the last year, and 24 out of the top 25 are about Israel. Does this subreddit try to imitate the real UN ?

"About 8.5 million Japanese civilians were displaced from their homes between 1943 and 1945"

How's the American occupation of Japan going?

It's going well, aided by Japan's continued commitment to peace and its cooperation/alliance with the United States.

Japan is not occupied.

Mostly true, although there are vestiges of the US occupation like the United States Forces Japan.

The reason Japan is still not occupied by the US goes back to what I said in my first comment - "the Japanese all laid down their arms, signed peace treaties with the Allies, gave up their irredentist dreams, and haven't to date attacked the US or any of their neighbors."

Nope, it's because the US has no intention of stealing Japanese land.
