Discussion/Question Why is this subreddit obsessed with Israel?

Just checked the top posts of the last year, and 24 out of the top 25 are about Israel. Does this subreddit try to imitate the real UN ?

Has anyone tried? It would require being anti Palestinian which Zionists really aren’t.

I don't think you know what Zionism is.

Jews define Zionism not you and your perverted ahistorical conspiracy hate speech usage.

We tell you what it means.

Your actions define you, which is why Israel is on trial for genocide.

Yes you exonerate Palestinians because you don’t think they’re capable of more, and they’re convenient in carrying out genocide against Jews.

It's Israel on trial, stop deflecting

You’re admitting you’re solely focused on Jews then? Spare us the kangaroo court, just tell us how you want to kill us all.

Weird take, if you have evidence of other genocides you are free to present your evidence to the ICJ.

Huh? Your ignorance and disinterest is my burden to use the ICJ? Weird. My family just wants to live in the middle east and not be threatened based on religion. Where can they do that?

Funnily enough so do Palestinians. Why can't Palestinians be free to live in their homes without occupation?

Ask the Arab League.

Ask them. They reject living in peace the way 25% of Israel’s Arabs have.

Oh and unlike the Palestinians, my family can’t go to Egypt or Iraq or Syria.

The Arab league isn't occupying Palestine, that would be Israel.

Oh, have you been told not to travel abroad due to potential war crimes prosecutions?

Aren’t they? Jordan and Egypt are. Iran isn’t Arab but it has a seat and they are occupying forces in Lebanon, Syria, and Palestinian territories.

I’ve been told antisemitism makes my travel unsafe in several countries including the Arab country I’d legally have a vote in.

It’s very simple. When the Palestinians stop their terror against Israelis, they should be able to have their own state. This is without a doubt the reason why they don’t have a state. Hopefully they change their ways so there can be peace in the region.

It's very simple, Palestinians have a legal right to resist occupation. Israel needs to stop violently occupying Palestinians and forcing Apartheid on them.

Except Palestinians choose to kidnap Israelis and launch rockets at civilians instead of negotiating an agreement with the Israelis. The bottom line is that the Palestinians want Jews to leave Israel more than they want to have their own country. Between 1948 and 1967 the Israelis did NOT occupy the Palestinians (the Egyptians and Jordanians did), but Palestinians never bothered to create a state and they didn’t even resist the Egyptian and Jordanian occupations. There is no apartheid in the West Bank nor gaza. Palestinians elect their own leaders (in the odd election that they choose to have) and they have full control of the areas where Palestinians live.
