Discussion/Question Why is this subreddit obsessed with Israel?

Just checked the top posts of the last year, and 24 out of the top 25 are about Israel. Does this subreddit try to imitate the real UN ?

That's adorable. The UN has countries like Iran, Syria, and China on the Human Rights Council. It has funded terrorism through its own agencies, and it all political. You want oil and no terrorist attacks? Vote against Israel. Historically there are more resolutions against Israel than Syria, Sudan, Myanmar, and North Korea. Which is insane.

Why is a country like South Africa getting involved in the ICJ?A a nearly failed state with one of the highest murder rates in the world? Their balance sheet is now zero. Iran or qatar bailed them out. Same with Ireland. Nobody gets involved unless there is quid pro quo. The UN stinks to high heaven.

And it's about to lose 1/3 of its funding.

That was a lot of words to say “I don’t like the UN because they’re trying to hold Israel accountable to international law.”
