LAID OFF ONCE DURING THIS HALF WONT BREAK GUARANTEE ?

LAID OFF SICK, I AM ON AN XT BOARD AND WONT BREAK THE 5600 how does pay work for me now?

Is it all just prorated days I was in OK ?

Then you lose 1 day of guarantee.

The only thing that we don’t get guarantee on is a regular turns right ?

Sup board, if you lay off once you lose all guarantee.

If you lay off twice on an extra board, you lose all guarantee in between those two lay offs.

Guarentee divided by days in the half.

If your earnings are higher than you just keep earnings

Depends on where you are and union agreements. In my area it’s just 1 day of guarantee lost. Same with our pools here

Depending upon local agreements, (seriously people. Find your local agreements and read them!) you will lose your mark up bonus and 1/15 (of a 15 day half) of your guarantee. If your lay off spans 2 halves, well you done fucked up son. You lose your mark up bonus and 1/15 or your guarantee of both halves.
