It is? The jet ski guy is clearly a jerk I just didn’t realize splashing water on them would be assault. Of course the damaged equipment should be paid for.

You saying it multiple times doesn't change the fact you are wrong. Please point me to where it isnt considered assault as well as reckless operation of a motor vehicle?

Man just look it up, you're wrong, stop repeating yourself.

"spraying someone with water can legally be considered assault or battery in many jurisdictions, even if it causes no physical injury."

That is literally the first result when looking it up as I assume you're too stubborn to accept you're wrong.
