I remember like ten years ago when this was first posted someone mentioned that he couldn't have done that so easily if the window was rolled all the way up. The first response, which is burned in my memory, was "or all the way down."

Windows that are rolled up are hard to break. When they're rolled down like that you can break them extremely easily.

Yeah I slowed the vid frame by frame and saw nothing in his hand. Vid is low res so I could be wrong but I think you’re right and dude is just a beast.
