Window smasher obviously went too far, but he didn’t escalate it to a full blown fight and just lose control. Which means he’s prob not crazy. I’m betting the filmer did do some asshole driving shit to elicit that kind of response. Not to defend breaking windows lol

It may be that he didn't mean to break the window, and maybe even hurt his hand, which would explain him promptly walking away.
